Are the basins made to measure?
Yes! All our Corian® basins are custom-made according to your specifications. You can choose the dimensions, shape, colour and finish to perfectly fit your space and design needs.
What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is up to 5 weeks from the payment confirmation. This period includes both production and transportation. We keep you updated via email as your order progresses.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. As these are custom-made, made-to-order products, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order once production has started.
How is the product shipped?
Orders are shipped via specialized carriers experienced in handling large and fragile items. We ensure secure and appropriate packaging so that your basin arrives in perfect condition.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the item, as well as the destination. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout. In specific cases, we will contact you to confirm delivery details.
How will I know when my product will be delivered?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. In some cases, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule the delivery date and time.
What if the product arrives damaged?
If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately, sending photos to support@essenzalux.com. If damage is only discovered after opening the package, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship orders abroad. Customers can purchase directly through our online store — shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, dimensions and destination.
