Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas and Shipping Costs

We ship throughout the entire national territory (Mainland Portugal and Islands), as well as to international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, for both domestic and international deliveries.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or provided after review in cases where automatic calculation is not possible.


2. Production and Delivery Timeframes

All sinks are custom-made and produced to order, based on the measurements provided by the customer.

The estimated production and shipping timeframe is up to 5 weeks after payment confirmation.

Customers will be informed by email at each stage of the process: production, preparation for shipment, and dispatch.


3. Delivery Methods

We use specialised carriers experienced in handling large and fragile items.

All sinks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


4. Delivery Scheduling

For large or bulky items, the carrier may schedule the delivery in advance with the customer via email or SMS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location has adequate access conditions.


5. Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging. If there is visible damage, the shipment should be refused, and we must be contacted immediately with photographic evidence.

Any damage identified after delivery must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours.


6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.

The order will be stored for a limited period until a new delivery attempt is scheduled.


7. Additional Information

As all products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

Essenzalux cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or carrier-related logistical constraints.
